India and Iran are set to hold talks to establish "long-term cooperation framework" on Chabahar port. Chabahar Port Chabahar is Iran’s first deepwater port and sits at the mouth of the Gulf of Oman. It is Iran's only oceanic port situated in Sistan and Baluchistan Province, on the Makran coast. Iran Nuclear Deal and JCPOA Iran has informed the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) that it intends to produce uranium enriched to up to 20% purity, well beyond the threshold set by the 2015 Vienna accord, the UN nuclear watchdog said. Iran to develop Farzad B gas field domestically

Iran to develop the Farzad B gas field domestically Iran on Monday gave the Farzad B gas field to Petropars, a domestic gas producer. This is a setback for India’s energy ties with Iran as ONGC Videsh Ltd (OVL) discovered the gas field in 2000 and has been part of the ongoing cooperation on that front.
