What is Adjusted Gross Revenue (AGR)? Adjusted Gross Revenue (AGR) is the usage and licensing fee that telecom operators are charged by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT). BharatNet project Cabinet accorded approval for revised implementation strategy of BharatNet through Public Private Partnership mode in 16 States of the country.
