9. Demo Lecture and No Refund Policy

First lecture is available for demo purpose to understand the teaching quality and pedagogy and after that if, student has been enrolled in any subject there will not be any refund or transfer of money into another subject or module from the side of institution.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of India or other regulatory authority. All disputes are restricted to Delhi jurisdiction only.

11. Personal and Non-Commercial Use

Your use of our products and services provided for herein is solely for your personal and non-commercial use. Any use of the website or its content other than for personal purposes is prohibited. Your personal and non-commercial use of this website and / or our services shall be subjected to the following restrictions:

i. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the contents of the website and / or our products, or (c) remove any copyright, trademark, registration, or other proprietary notices from the contents of the website and / or our products.

ii. You will not (a) use our product or service for commercial purposes of any kind, or (b) advertise or sell any products, services or otherwise (whether for or not for profit), or solicit others (including, without limitation, solicitations for contributions or donations) or use any public forum for commercial purposes of any kind, or (c) use the website and / or our products and services in any way that is unlawful, or harms Aspire IAS or any other person or entity as determined by Aspire IAS.

12. Class Schedule and Delivery

The schedule given is tentative and it’s upon the institution to take the classes whether in online or offline format, recorded sessions are provided for a minimum period of time as per the institution policy mentioned in front of every course.

NOTE: The classes are currently being conducted in a hybrid mode, comprising both online and recorded sessions. The institution reserves the right to conduct the classes exclusively in an online mode at its discretion.

13. Limitation of Liability

In no event will the Aspire IAS be liable for damages of any kind, including without limitation,

i. indirect, punitive, special, exemplary, incidental, or consequential damage (including loss of business, revenue, profits, use, data or other economic advantage, loss of programs or information), or

ii. direct damages in excess of the amount paid to Aspire IAS for the product and / or service, arising out of the use of, misuse of or inability to use, or errors, omissions or other inaccuracies in the Site or the products and / or services, or any information provided on the Site. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability. Accordingly, in such instances, some of the above limitations may not apply to the User.

14. Technical Glitches

We hold no responsibility for technical glitch or interruption faced by you due to disturbed internet connection, device malfunction etc.

15. Access to Recorded Classes

Student can access recorded classes video according to watch time rule. In case of any technical glitches student can drop an email to aspireias.ins@gmail.com to grant access for further viewing. This complain or grievance regarding the technical glitches will be resolved with 24hrs of complaint.

The student will complete their full profile including their photograph, phone no, email id to get timely information about the classes, the passwords even to access the courses in a smooth manner.

You can not upload the wrong photograph to get the id card from the institution if you upload the wrong photo, we can stop or suspend you access immediately from the portal

16. Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy

Once enrolled for any course/class/material with Aspire IAS, Aspire IAS shall not refund the money to the student. (Students can view Demo classes before getting admission to get an overview about the pattern of the classes).

As a general rule, Aspire IAS follows a no refund policy. However, exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of the institution, subject to the following conditions:

1. The full fees for the course must have been paid.

2. The refund request must be submitted within the commencement of the first three classes of the enrolled course.

In cases where the full payment of fees has not been made, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

Additionally, no refund, explanation, or grievance redressal regarding refunds will be entertained after the completion of the enrolled course. This applies to:

• PT Cum Mains courses with a duration of ten months.

• Modular courses with a duration of three months.

• Optional courses five months.

17. Injunction for Breach

In the event of your breach of this Terms of Use, you agree that Aspire IAS will be irreparably harmed and will not have an adequate remedy in money or damages. Aspire IAS therefore, shall be entitled in such event to obtain an injunction against such a breach from any court of competent jurisdiction immediately upon request. Aspire IAS right to obtain such relief shall not limit its right to obtain other remedies.

18. Termination of Access

You agree that We may at any time and for any reason, terminate Your access to whole or part of the Platform, or restrict or suspend Your access to your Subscribed User account, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without any liability to You.

19. Subscription Termination

This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for so long as you use the platform. You may terminate your subscription at any time, for any reason, by contacting the Technical Support Team of the Platform. We, however, do not offer any refunds because of Your termination or discontinuation of the Services.

20. Service Termination by Aspire IAS

We reserve the right to terminate Your services without prior notice. Your account or Your access to the Platform maybe terminated immediately, with or without notice to You, and without liability to You, if We believe that You have breached any of covenants, conditions, restrictions or limitations contained in these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, or any disrespect to the institution and the Director or any staff or any false or misleading information, or interfered with use of the Platform by others.

21. Legal Action for Technical Modifications

If it is found that any student has modified the technical aspects of the website or hacked into any technical aspects, then the student is liable for criminal and civil action and it is completely our discretion to bar the student from accessing any batches of Aspire IAS. This is a final and non negotiable decision on our side.

22. Extra Payment Refund Policy

In case Aspire IAS receives extra payments for any course by any means, after receiving proofs for such claims, Aspire IAS will try to refund the extra charges within 15 days. The ways may include direct bank transfer using NEFT, in person/authorised representative cheque collection from Aspire IAS offices or any other means agreed by the student and the management of Aspire IAS. For any bank related formalities during payment process Aspire IAS has no liability to pay for any damages which resulted solely due to bank processing or negligence from the side of the student. Students are advised to take up such matters directly with the bank and may proceed to consumer forums if not satisfied. Aspire IAS will try to help the students with constraints of time, work-force and other factors.
